Section 65D-30.0032 - Display of Licenses(1) Display of Licenses. The most recent version of the provider's license shall be displayed in a conspicuous, publicly accessible place within each facility.(2) A license is valid only for the provider, location(s), service component, and type for which the license is issued.(3) Licenses shall exhibit the name under which the provider conducts business.(4) Marketing or advertising materials shall use the legal entity's name registered with the Division of Corporations, and any reference to a service component must use the name of the licensed service component as defined in Section 397.311(26), F.S. and Rule 65D-30.002, F.A.C.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 65D-30.0032
