Section 64B8-45.006 - Continuing Education on HIV/AIDS(1) For the first renewal of licensure, licensees must complete a three hour course on Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) within the 24-month period prior to the expiration date of the license.(2) Each course on HIV/AIDS shall meet the requirements of Section 456.033, F.S.(3) Courses approved by any Board within the Division of Medical Quality Assurance of the Department of Health pursuant to Section 456.033, F.S., are recommended by the Council and approved by the Board.Fla.
