Section 64B20-6.003 - Continuing Education Requirements for Activation or Reactivation of an Inactive Status License or Certificate

As a condition of activation or reactivation of an inactive status license or certificate, a licensee or certified assistant must satisfy the continuing education requirements for active status renewal as specified in Rule 64B20-6.001, F.A.C.
