Section 62C-36.005 - Notification Procedures(1) All operators are encouraged to take part in meetings with the appropriate agencies before doing substantial work on required notices or plans.(2) All operators shall inform the Department before submitting a notice of intent to mine or conceptual plan for mining and reclamation. Within seven days, the Department shall notify the operator of the appropriate agency to which the notice of intent to mine or conceptual plan shall be submitted.(3) Once the Department notifies the operator, under subsection (2), above, the operator shall submit all notices, plans, reports, and other required documents to the specified agency, unless the Department notifies the operator otherwise.Fla.
