Section 62-331.211 - General Permit for Fish and Wildlife Harvesting, Enhancement, and Attraction Devices(1) This general permit authorizes fish and wildlife harvesting devices and activities such as pound nets, crab traps, crab dredging, eel pots, lobster traps, duck blinds, and clam and oyster digging, fish aggregating devices (for research purposes only), and small fish attraction devices.(2) This general permit does not authorize: (b) Impoundments and semi-impoundments of state-assumed waters for the culture or holding of motile species such as lobster.(c) The use of covered oyster trays or clam racks.(d) Placement of materials for Live Rock culture.(e) Harvesting of Live Rock. Editor notes:The effective date of the rule will be the effective date of assumption, which is the date identified by EPA as published in the Federal Register § 373.4146, F.S.
