Section 62-160.405 - Electronic SignaturesLaboratory and field documents signed with an electronic signature are acceptable as written signatures when:
(1) The integrity of the electronic signature can be assured;(2) The signature is unique to the individual;(3) The organization using electronic signatures has written policies for the generation and use of electronic signatures; and(4) The organization using electronic signatures has written procedures for ensuring the security, confidentiality, integrity and auditability of each signature.Fla.
