Section 5J-25.001 - Bond and/or Certificate of Deposit Required; Agricultural Products(1) No dealer shall be required to furnish a bond and/or certificate of deposit in an amount greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).(2) The maximum amount of bond and/or certificate of deposit required of a dealer shall be no prohibition to a dealer furnishing a bond and/or certificate of deposit in an amount greater than the maximum required.(3) A separate bond and/or certificate of deposit shall be required to cover each one-year license period.Fla.
