Section 5C-22.011 - Fees for Services of the Department(1) For each horse approved to enter this testing and treatment program, the owner must pay to the Department a fee of $1,250.00. If multiple horses are approved as a group, this fee shall be $1,250.00 for the first horse and $750.00 for each additional horse in the same group. For group approval, all of the horses must arrive at the quarantine facility as a single shipment and testing and treatment procedures must be conducted on all of the group simultaneously. The fee must be paid by check or money order made out to "The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services" and must be submitted with the request for approval for importation. If the importation is not approved or does not occur for other reasons, the fee minus $100.00 will be refunded.(2) Fees will be charged for pre-approval inspections of quarantine facilities pursuant to the schedule set forth in Rule 5C-22.004, F.A.C.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 5C-22.011
