Section 29L-7.004 - Costs(1) There shall be no charge for processing a RDRP request and facilitation, if requested, of the initial settlement meeting. The ARPC expenses for situation assessments, facilitation of additional settlement meetings, mediation, technical assistance and other staff services shall be compensated at costs. Outside professional neutrals shall be compensated at their standard rate or as negotiated by the parties.(2) The costs of administration, settlement meetings, mediation or advisory arbitration shall be split equally between the parties or according to another agreed upon allocation. The agreed upon cost allocation shall be documented in a written fee agreement.(3) Jurisdictions formally adopting this process shall establish budgeting procedures for paying the cost of participation in this process.Fla.
