Section 29C-8.009 - Situation Assessment(1) A jurisdiction, organization, group, or individual may request that the Council (or other entity if the Council is one of the named parties) perform a situation assessment at any time, before or after initiation of the process.(2) The situation assessment may involve examination of documents, interviews and assessment meetings, and shall recommend issues to be addressed, parties that should participate, appropriate resolution procedures, and a proposed schedule.Fla.
