Section 25-30.345 - Customer Service Charges(1) When a utility has disconnected service for proper cause as specified in Rule 25-30.320, F.A.C., the utility may charge a reasonable fee to defray the cost of restoring service provided that the fee is specified in the utility's tariff.(2) When an applicant requests temporary service, the utility may charge a reasonable fee pursuant to Rule 25-30.315, F.A.C., to defray the cost of installing and removing facilities and materials.(3) A utility may have other customer service charges.
