Section 2A-7.008 - Service of Process(1) Service of Process for participants shall be made on the department by mailing two copies of the service of process documents to the substitute mailing address or to the Office of the Attorney General, The Capitol, PL-01, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1050.(2) Following service on the department, the documents shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the participant's address of record.(3) In the event the participant's certification has expired or has been cancelled, the service of process will be returned to sender and service declined.Fla.
