Section 15A-8.0091 - Course Completion - BDI and ADI Courses(1) The course provider shall require each driver improvement school conducting its course to submit to the Department a completed form HSMV 72098 for each student completion pursuant to Section 322.0261, F.S., within fifteen (15) working days after the class was conducted.(2) The course provider shall require each driver improvement school conducting its course to submit to the Department a completed form HSMV 72098 for each student enrolled in an ADI course, within fifteen (15) days after the class was conducted.Fla.
