Rule 8-B729 - REFUND POLICY

729.1

Students may withdraw from classes by filing a University approved form and paying the required withdrawal fee.

729.2

Students who withdraw during the first five weeks of the semester are entitled to a refund of a percentage of their tuition depending on the week during which they file the withdrawal form as follows:

(a) Withdrawal through week I 100%

(b) Withdrawal through week II 80%

(c) Withdrawal through week III 60%

(d) Withdrawal through week IV 40%

(e) Withdrawal through week V 20%

Refund applies to tuition only. Fees are not refundable.
