Rule 8-B609 - HANDICAPPED PARKING

609.1

Reserved parking shall be available for disabled individuals and persons with temporary impairments.

609.2

All persons requesting a handicapped parking permit shall submit a Physician's Certification form, available in the University Health Services Department, to request a Handicapped Parking Permit.

609.3

A Handicapped Parking Permit may not be issued unless the applicant also obtains a parking permit.

609.4

The Handicapped Parking Permit shall be valid as long as the applicant's regular parking permit remains valid.

Section 609 is formerly entitled, "Special Occasions and Emergencies." The Notice of Final Rulemaking repealed and replaced the section with section 609 entitled, "Handicapped Parking."
