Rule 8-B505 - PURCHASE OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT FOR NEW BUILDINGS

505.1

All fixed and portable equipment shall be included as a portion of each project budget.

505.2

All Category I and II (fixed) equipment shall be included in the capital costs as a portion of the capital budget.

505.3

The University shall develop and submit justification for Category III equipment to be secured in accordance with University procedures.
