Rule 8-B3004 - INDEPENDENT COST ESTIMATE

3004.1

The University shall develop an independent cost estimate for all requirements for supplies, services and construction totaling in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).

3004.2

The independent cost estimate shall be realistic based on the requirement and not on the budget and shall not be disclosed to anyone outside the University.
