It shall be the responsibility of the President to develop, adopt, and administer academic procedures consistent with the policies adopted by the Board.
The academic administration shall fulfill the following functions:
The President, the faculty and staff, and the deans and faculties of each academic unit of the University shall be accountable to the Board for providing efficient service as measured by approved academic standards.
The President shall review and evaluate all program activities of the University.
The procedures for evaluation of program activities developed by the President shall include provisions for keeping the Board fully informed of the standards of scholarship maintained and of the efficient and economic administration of the University.
