The Accountable Property Officer shall issue such operating instructions as are needed to comply with the provisions of The Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, Public Law 152, as Amended.
The Accountable Property Officer shall comply with all requirements governing the eligibility of the University, as a recipient, Under the provisions of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, Public Law 152, as Amended.
The Accountable Property Officer shall be the Certifying Officer, for any property transferred to the University, under the provisions of The Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, Public Law 152, as Amended.
The provisions of any rules, regulations or procedures, issued pursuant to The Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, Public Law 152, as Amended, by any Federal or District Agency are hereby incorporated by reference and made an integral part of these regulations.
