Persons on sabbatical or educational leave may receive additional compensation for services rendered under sponsored programs if the compensation does not exceed the normal pay the individual would have received if he or she were under a regular appointment during the period of leave.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the University to provide leave pay in excess of the established rates under the provisions of this subtitle.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the University to provide salary or other benefits out of grant funds which would violate the terms and conditions of the grant.
