The President shall appoint the membership of one or more Evaluation Committees. These committees shall be standing committees.
An Evaluation Committee may be asked to review evaluation judgments for positions that would be classified below the director level.
Disagreement on evaluation judgments for director level positions or for Committee members' own positions shall be discussed between the Director of Personnel and the appropriate vice president. The final review and approval of cases in which there is disagreement between the vice president and the Personnel Office shall be by the President or the President's designee.
The Director of Personnel shall coordinate meetings of the Evaluation Committees, prepare an agenda, and present jobs for evaluation.
The Director shall ensure that proper evaluation procedures are followed using the Hay Guide Chart-Profile Method.
Committee meetings shall be called when there is appropriate work for the committee.
Committee membership shall be rotated periodically. No more than two (2) "new" members shall be appointed to a committee at the same time.
