The Performance Management Record shall be prepared in a format to be designated by the University.

For each critical element, the Performance Management Record shall include performance standards that shall describe levels of performance in terms of quantity, quality, timeliness, or other effectiveness measures.
The decision of the supervisor on the content of the Performance Management Record shall be final, and the critical elements and performance standards cannot be grieved.
