The Dean, with the assistance of the faculty, shall provide for the establishment of a student-edited and produced law review to be titled the "Journal of the District of Columbia School of Law."
The law review shall be published by the School of Law on a periodic basis, but not less than once each year.
The annual budget of the School of Law shall provide for publication of the law review.
Not more than twenty percent (20%) of the student activity fee may be used for support of the law review. If any part of the funds of the student activity fee are used to support the law review, each student shall receive a copy of the law review, upon publication, without additional charge.
The Dean shall provide for the use of office space, equipment, and other facilities of the School of Law by the staff of the law review.
The Dean shall appoint a member of the faculty as the faculty advisor to the law review.
Copies of the law review shall be made available to alumni of the School of Law and alumni of the Antioch School of Law at a reasonable cost or in recognition of ongoing substantial financial contributions to the School of Law.
The members of the staff of the law review shall be selected annually from among students who have completed the first year of law school. The criteria for selection and process of selection of the staff of the law review shall be approved by the Dean and the faculty. The selection of the editorial board of the law review shall be made from among the members of the staff by the graduating members of the staff.
