Rule 8-A601 - ACADEMIC PROGRAM AND SCHEDULE
601.1

The Dean and the faculty shall be responsible for the design and implementation of the academic curriculum of the School of Law, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 2 and this chapter.

601.2

The Dean shall be responsible for scheduling the offering of classes and other programs, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

601.3

All courses required for graduation under § 600 shall be offered at least once each academic year.

601.4

Each semester, the Dean shall establish a deadline for the submission of grades by faculty members to the Registrar. The deadline shall allow a reasonable time for faculty members to prepare grades after the end of each semester.

601.5

In any semester, a student in the full-time program may not enroll in courses totaling more than seventeen (17) credit hours without prior permission of the Dean or the Dean's designee.

601.6

In any semester, a student in the part-time program may not enroll in courses totaling more than nine (9) credit hours without prior permission of the Dean or the Dean's designee.
