If the estimated internal income of the School of Law falls below the income level set in the budget, or if budget authority appropriated or allocated for the School of Law is reduced, the Dean shall attempt to reduce the budgeted expenditures to cover the anticipated deficit in income.
The Dean shall inform the Board of reductions made pursuant to this section.
