The provisions of chapter 32 of the D.C. Procurement Regulations shall apply to procurement by the School of Law, except as provided otherwise in this section and § 2538 of this chapter.
The references to the filing of an appeal with the Contract Appeals Board in §§ 3234.6 and 3234.7 of the DCPR with regard to deferment of payment of debts to the School of Law shall not apply to procurement by the School of Law.
