Rule 8-A2510 - CONTRACT HOTLINE
2510.1

The Director of Procurement (the "Director") shall establish a contract information hotline to provide information on procurement solicitations issued by the School of Law, or shall use the contract information hotline established by the Department of Administrative Services under an agreement for use of the hotline made with the Director, DAS.

2510.2

If the Director of Procurement enters into an agreement with the Director, DAS, for use of the hotline, or if the Director establishes a separate contract information hotline, the following information shall be provided by prerecorded message to callers on the hotline:

(a) The title of the invitation for bid, or other identifying information on the contract;
(b) The nature of the procurement, including whether the procurement is for supplies or services;
(c) A brief description of the type of supplies or services being sought and whether the offer is for spot acquisition or term contract;
(d) The amount of deposit required, if any;
(e) Whether the contract is restricted to the sheltered market or is available to the open market;
(f) The date and time by which bids or requests for proposals must be submitted and the place for submission;
(g) Where and when further information on the contracts may be obtained; and
(h) Any other information the Director of Procurement considers appropriate and practicable.
2510.3

The information described in § 2510.2 shall be updated at least once per week as the Director of Procurement considers appropriate and practicable.
