Rule 8-A1416 - APPOINTMENTS: INSTRUCTOR OF LAW
1416.1

A candidate for appointment to the rank of Instructor of Law shall be required to possess a Juris Doctor degree and be a member in good standing of the bar of the District of Columbia or other state.

1416.2

The Dean shall require each candidate to provide evidence of teaching experience or demonstrate potential for effective teaching.
