Rule 8-A1217 - INCLEMENT WEATHER
1217.1

The School of Law shall conduct business as usual on every scheduled day, unless the Dean or a designee determines that a complete or partial cancellation or modification of classes and other activities is warranted due to extraordinary circumstances of inclement weather.

1217.2

If the School of Law is closed, or if any other schedule change or cancellation is effected due to inclement weather, the Dean or a designee shall arrange for an appropriate announcement to be made through one (1) or more predesignated radio stations or other news media.

1217.3

Unless the Dean or a designee officially declares a closing or other cancellation in accordance with this section, employees unable to report for duty due to inclement weather may be charged with vacation leave.
