Rule 8-A1212 - UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE DURING PROBATIONARY PERIOD
1212.1

If an employee fails to perform satisfactorily during the initial probationary period, and the employee's performance does not improve after at least one (1) performance review conference and follow-up conference, the employment may be terminated.

1212.2

If an employee fails to perform satisfactorily in a new position obtained as the result of a promotion or transfer, and the employee has satisfactorily completed a probationary period in any prior position at the School of Law, the employee shall be entitled to return to a suitable and available position equivalent to his or her prior position. If no suitable position is vacant, the employment may be terminated.
