Rule 7-707 - REPORTING

707.1

The Director shall establish reporting systems which will include the following:

(a) The data on the criteria for determining the eligibility of youth;

(b) The method used in selection of participants;

(c) The job skills acquired;

(d) The placement objectives achieved; and

(e) The assessment of program performance.

707.2

Participating employers shall be required to cooperate in the reporting activity cited under § 707.1.
