An OAG employee may donate annual leave to the Program by completing the Application to Donate Annual/Universal Leave" and submitting the application to OAG HR Leave Coordinator. The application must specify the number of hours of annual to be transferred.
A leave contributor cannot contribute more than one-half (1/2) of the amount of annual or universal leave that the he or she would have been entitled to accrue during the leave year; provided that a leave contributor may contribute restored leave without limitation.
