Rule 6-C102 - TREATMENT OF SUBTITLE 6B GUIDANCE AND ISSUANCES

102.1

The re-adoption by the Attorney General of any chapters in subtitle 6B shall not include the re-adoption of any guidance documents or administrative issuances that have been issued to interpret or implement those chapters. All guidance documents and administrative issuances for OAG personnel rules shall be issued by the Attorney General or his or her designee.
