Rule 6-B632 - CLOSING THE RECORD632.1 When an evidentiary hearing has been provided, the record shall be closed at the conclusion of the hearing, unless the Administrative Judge directs otherwise. When no evidentiary hearing has been provided, the record shall be closed on the date that the Administrative Judge sets as the final date for the receipt of submissions from the parties.
632.2Once the record is closed, no additional evidence or argument shall be accepted into the record unless the Administrative Judge reopens the record pursuant to § 633.1.
