Rule 6-B3810 - MANAGEMENT SUPERVISORY SERVICE SKILLS MAINTENANCE AND ENHANCEMENT
3810.1

In accordance with section 955 of the CMPA (D.C. Official Code § 1-609.55) , each employee appointed to the Management Supervisory Service will be required to maintain and enhance his or her management and supervisory skills through mandatory training courses every year, as prescribed by the personnel authority.

3810.2

Failure of a Management Supervisory Service employee to complete the prescribed training within time frames specified by the personnel authority may result in administrative action against the employee.
