No person shall interfere in the competitive process by influencing another person to withdraw from competition for any position in the Management Supervisory Service for the purpose of either improving or injuring the prospects of any applicant for appointment or selection.
In accordance with the D.C. Human Rights Act of 1977, as amended, the District government does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived: race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, familial status, family responsibilities, matriculation, political affiliation, genetic information, disability, source of income, status as a victim of an intra-family offense, and place of residence or business.
