Rule 6-B1627 - MATTERS SUBJECT TO GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES1627.1An applicant or employee may grieve any agency action taken pursuant to this subtitle if:
(a) A provision of this subtitle has been violated; and(b) The applicant or employee has suffered or will suffer harm as a result of that violation, which is neither trivial nor speculative.1627.2Notwithstanding § 1627.1, no applicant or employee may submit a grievance to an agency action under this subtitle if the action is:
(a) Not subject to a grievance or appeal by law or regulation;(b) Taken to implement the lawful order of a court or other tribunal recognized by law; or(c) Agreed to by the applicant or employee.D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 6, r. 6-B1627
