Rule 6-A410 - PROCEDURES FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR OTHER INFORMATION410.1The Agency shall adopt and implement procedures and requirements for the reporting by sex offenders of changes in address and changes in other information required for registration. The procedures and requirements shall include, but need not be limited to, requirements that:
(a) A sex offender shall report any change of address to the Agency;(b) A sex offender shall report any change in the place or places where the sex offender works or attends school to the Agency;(c) A sex offender shall report any change in the make, model, color, or license plate number of any motor vehicle(s) the sex offender owns.(d) A sex offender shall report to the Agency if the sex offender is moving to another state, or works or attends school in another state, and shall register in any such state; and(e) A sex offender shall report to the Agency if the sex offender's physical appearance changes significantly and appear for an updated photograph as directed by the Agency.D.C.
