Rule 5-E3800 - STATE EDUCATION AGENCY POLICY

3800.1

The Board of Education, as the State Education Agency (SEA) for the District of Columbia, shall ensure the proper effecting of its inherent state responsibilities. Such responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the functions stated in Section 3801 below. The Board shall ensure that the Superintendent of Schools has sufficient resources and support to execute his/her State Education Officer duties.
