Rule 5-D102 - CHIEF CONTRACTING OFFICER102.1The Director shall serve as the Office's Chief Contracting Officer ("CCO"). The CCO shall have overall responsibility for supervising the Office's procurement activities and to award any contracts pursuant to these rules. The CCO shall have the authority to award any contract.
