Rule 4-304 - QUORUM

304.1

A majority of the authorized membership of Commissioners (eight (8) Commissioners) shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at all meetings of the Commission, except that a meeting may commence for the consideration of matters not requiring a vote when six (6) Commissioners are present.
