Members of the Commission shall elect officers other than the Chairperson. Officers may be reelected for any number of terms.
Annual elections of officers shall be conducted at the regular January Commission meeting.
Officers shall serve one (1) year terms to commence at the conclusion of the meeting at which annual elections are conducted. A special election to fill an unexpired term may be held at any regular monthly meeting; provided, that written notice has been given at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the election.
