1102.1The provisions of this chapter shall govern the processing of any matter before the Office of Human Rights involving the following:
(a) Discrimination in employment on grounds of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, matriculation, political affiliation, or physical handicap by any District of Columbia government contractor; and(b) Achievement of affirmative action obligations under District of Columbia contracts.D.C.
