Rule 4-128 - DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINTS IN OTHER PROCEEDINGS
128.1

Whenever an issue of discrimination as specified in § 101.1 is raised by a party in a grievance or adverse action proceeding before any appropriate agency of the District government, the hearing office shall inform the person raising the complaint of discrimination that the complaint will not be admitted as an issue in the grievance or adverse action proceeding and that the complaint should be submitted to the Director.
