Rule 31-322 - HEARING ON IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF LICENSES TO OPERATE PUBLIC VEHICLES FOR HIRE
322.1

Any person whose license to own or operate a vehicle as a taxicab or a passenger vehicle for hire is immediately suspended by the Chairperson may, unless otherwise provided by law, demand a hearing before an examiner in the Bureau of Traffic Adjudication which shall be granted, except when the action taken by the Chairperson is made mandatory by law or when the person has previously been afforded an opportunity with appropriate notice for a hearing.
