The DC 2 game prize structure and probability based on fifty cents (50¢) and one dollar ($1) bets shall be as follows:

Overall odds of winning and prizes are determined by the selected bet type and amount wagered for each drawing.
The Executive Director may adopt other prize structures that shall be effective upon the issuance of instructions to the public.
