Rule 30-803 - METHOD OF PLACING A BET FOR AN ON-LINE GAME

803.1

The Executive Director shall determine the method of placing a bet for each game, including, but not limited to, a player placing a bet by:

(a) Indicating the requisite digits or numbers which shall be entered manually into the terminal by the on-line agent;

(b) Requesting a "Quick Pick" option; or

(c) Presenting a completed selection slip to an on-line agent.

803.2

Game instructions issued to agents and made available to the public shall include the method by which bets are placed for each game.
