Rule 30-607 - NONASSIGNMENT AND NONACCELERATION OF THE PRIZE
607.1

No rights of any person to a prize or a portion of a prize shall be assignable.

607.2

No payment of an annuitized prize shall be accelerated beyond the normal dates of payment, except as provided for in the POWERBALL® game in § 908.4.
