Rule 30-1407 - PAYMENT OF WINNERS

1407.1

Bingo prizes, charity game prizes, and any cash door prizes shall be paid by funds provided by a cashier from a separate bank used only for that purpose, except that the foregoing shall not apply to multihall bingo prizes permitted by § 1408.6.

1407.2

In no event shall bingo prizes be paid from the bank of a checker collecting money from the sale of bingo cards, supplies, or charity game tickets.
