Rule 30-1403 - BINGO EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

1403.1

A licensed organization shall purchase or receive bingo supplies and equipment specifically designed or adapted for use in the bingo operation only from a licensed supplier or another licensed organization, if the licensed organization selling the used equipment is currently licensed or had been licensed not less than twelve (12) months preceding the sale.
